Congressman Andy Kim Raises Over $2.77 Million Total In His Bid for U.S. Senate

MOORESTOWN N.J. - Today, Congressman Andy Kim announced he raised $2,772,454.91 from 23,433 donations since entering the race for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate in late September. 92% of donations received were $100 or less, with $0 coming from the support of corporate PAC’s. In 2023, Congressman Kim raised nearly $4 Million in total with 30,940 donations.

“I’m humbled by the incredible grassroots support our campaign has received as we’re working to restore integrity and make sure working people across New Jersey have a voice in the U.S. Senate who is working for them and not just the well-off and well-connected,” said Congressman Andy Kim. “$100 might not seem like a lot to some, but I know what $100 means to working families. The support we’ve gotten from all 21 counties is a reminder that people are ready for change. The excitement we’ve seen across the state at our events is a reminder that people are fired up for a new kind of politics. We’re just getting started and I can’t wait to take this support into the final months of this election.”

As a son of immigrants, a graduate from New Jersey public schools, and a young dad, Andy represents a new generation of leadership in the Democratic Party. He made history as the first Asian American elected to federal office from New Jersey. He, and his wife Kammy, are raising two troublemaking boys down the road from where he grew up.

He is battle-tested by beating multiple self-funding millionaires in a district carried by President Trump. In his three terms in Congress, Andy has deep experience in working to deliver for the people of New Jersey, including to lower prescription drug costs and to improve health care for veterans. He has been a leader in fighting against corruption in politics.
