Andy Kim Campaign Responds to Deceptive and Desperate Ad from First Lady Tammy Murphy’s Struggling Senate Campaign

MOORESTOWN N.J. – Today, Congressman Andy Kim’s campaign responded to First Lady Tammy Murphy’s first TV ad of the New Jersey Senate Democratic primary by reminding people she donated tens-of-thousands of dollars to Republicans who have worked for decades to weaken gun safety in New Jersey and across the country.

“Tammy Murphy stood by and donated to a Republican Party for 30 years that propped up the NRA and their extremist policies; trying to whitewash her record is deceptive politics at its worst,” said Kim campaign spokesperson Katey Sabo. “Congressman Kim has a record of delivering on standing up to the gun lobby that people can trust. Democratic voters know who’s been on their side, and they’ll see right through the deception from the First Lady’s campaign.”
